Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty. To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund. We'll send them to be recycled and you'll save paper, carbon emissions and time at the recycling centre!Īll orders are sent using tracked courier services, and we'll provide a link to track your order via email when it is dispatched so you can check on the progress of your items every step of the way.
